Demar Young, M.Ed/CDVF/CAMF

 

Demar is a certified anger management and batterers intervention counselor, with a Masters in Education. He specialized in anger management, emotional intelligence, stress management, and assertive communication. He likes to say, "I provide education and training services to organizations, individuals, and juveniles to build stronger, healthier relationships."

Victor Vasquez, ACSW/MSW

  

My Name is Victor Alfonso Vasquez, I completed my master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California. I am currently registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker with the Behavioral Board of Sciences in the State of California.

I have experience working with children, youth, families, couples and parole. My clinical focus is using the strength base approach. This allows the client to develop awareness and insight to explore alternatives allowing them to cope or overcome the presenting problem. My treatment plans are tailored to meet the needs of the client. Using evidence base practice to guide the client towards overall mental wellness. 

My therapeutic style consists of using Motivational Interviewing Skills, DBT, CBT and Mindfulness techniques. My overall goal in therapy is to guide each client towards self-control and self-management.

Scott Plymale LCSW

 Scott Plymale PhD, LCSW: Scott has been practicing in the healthcare field for over twenty years in a variety of different settings. He has worked as a psychotherapist and educator with adults and children supporting their personal growth and specific goals related to an individual's needs. Scott is a licensed clinical social worker in California and Nevada. In 2008 he earned his doctorate in organizational systems and now leads a consulting company helping organizations reach their operational objectives. 

Sarah Young RN, MSN, CCRN

   Supervised Visitation Monitor 


With 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Sarah Young brings a deep commitment to safety, professionalism, and compassionate care in the role of a Supervised Visitation Monitor. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Sarah ensures a secure and supportive environment for parent-child visits while prioritizing the well-being of all involved.

Leveraging a strong background in healthcare and crisis management, Sarah provides structured, neutral supervision that adheres to legal guidelines and court orders. With a calm and empathetic approach, Sarah fosters healthy interactions while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
